Curve helps Call Centers predict and prevent employee attrition.
using cutting edge machine learning technologies. Leveraging proprietary ML and AI models, curve synthesizes data from numerous data points originated in the call center systems.
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in public cloud providers , Kubernetes echo system (Helm,nginx ingress) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent prioritization skills, be a skilled communicator, and have a strong work ethic to work on complex projects with diverse stakeholders. While experience with public cloud providers Kubernetes and IaC tools is a must, we are open to candidates who may not meet all of our other requirements but have a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks (Terraform)
  • Implement and manage the CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-x,Tekton,ArgoCD)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues (Prometheus,grafana)
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of our cloud-based services
  • Design and implement security controls to protect our infrastructure and data
  • Provide guidance and support to other members of the team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or relevant field.
  • Proven experience with public cloud providers, preferably AWS
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency with networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, such as Terraform or others.
  • Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton or Jenkins-x to ensure high-quality code is delivered continuously.
  • Experience in writing python code

Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our data team. As a data scientist in Curve you will take part in our ongoing endeavor of developing a robust analytic pipeline that is able to digest multiple types and forms of data without manual intervention and use advanced analytics to supply predictive insight. We work with many types of data and with every processing and modelling technique out there.

Our data team consists of skilled and experienced professionals with both academic and industry background in multiple scientific fields and we are seeking someone creative, smart and fun to work with to complement our versatile team.

In order to excel in our team, you need to be a skilled data scientist and a strong python developer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and deploy ML/DL algorithms
  • Apply quantitative analysis and an insightful presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our growth products
  • Automate data collection procedures, and pre-processing of structured and unstructured data
  • Analyse large amounts of data to discover trends and patterns
  • Apply data mining techniques, perform statistical analysis, and build high-quality prediction modelling
  • Meet the business vision and strategy in accordance with the product innovation backlog
  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, and UX/UI teams to deliver usable and informative analytical interfaces

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably working with B2C / B2B2C SaaS products
  • Python expert!
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms and methodology
  • Experience with common data science toolkits, such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, FeatureTools and more
  • High-level applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, etc.
  • Experience in data mining and insight drawing from large data sets
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig
  • Data-oriented personality, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills to tech / non-tech people alike
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, statistics or relevant field;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
